8月12日 Problemsof Modern ArgentinaProblems of Modern Argentina :
1) Corn Ethanol Speculation is going to finish so it's possible that the price ot the Land in Argentina is going to fall very fast
2) Argentinean Bank sold a lot of US$ to keep the US$ down. In this way the Argentinean farmers who increased the prices of their products and didn't want to sell them to the internal Market (cause the Argentineans didn't want to pay the same prices of foreign countries), lost 20% in 2 weeks and didn't have any more benefit from the weak Peso so...no more convenient to sell their products to the other countries!!That made them very ANGRY... Anyway the strong peso with e Big Inflaction and much less US$ in the Argentinean Bank can be very dangerous for the Argentinean economy and in 6 /7 months we could see the US$ at 3.5 against the Peso!
3) Argentinean GDP growed 9% per year since 2002 and that's abnormal
So....be carefull.... Argentina is a great and very beautiful country but before investing again I should be waiting for the second big bubble explosion!...
